The owner was prompt in replying to your query. The quotation response was very precise, just what I wanted. He was very professional.I asked for a cab for a 2 day tour with a friendly driver who can speak English/Malayalam for my solo trip. The owner Mr. Rajesh himself came to pick me up from Ooty bus stand and of course he is little bit earlier than me .Mr. Rajesh is a good man with politeness, friendly, could speak English Hindi Tamil and Malayalam (he is a mallu from palakkad and is settled in Ooty with his family)well and little bit of kannada also. He has excellent driving skills which is necessary for those narrow Ghat roads of Ooty especially kallaty (masinagudy-Ooty) hairpin. His knowledge about the local places is appreciable. He also acted as our tour guide cum photographer. I only asked him that l need to explore less explored destination. He was good to suggest the places as my wish. Also himself he added some more places on the way and those are stunning view points. He made my trip awesome.
